He takes a consultative approach as a trusted advisor with clients and candidates alike by being unafraid to ask the right questions to find the truth and offer solutions.Steve actually Gives a Shit.

Professionally, this is known as a high level of care. He treats every client as his “best” client. Even though he doesn’t use AutoCAD, or Revit, or operate an excavator, he loves the fact that he is making an impact on the infrastructure and Skyline of Canada by supporting the healthy growth of Canada’s most successful and ambitious companies who are “making moves” in the Engineering and Construction industries.

Josh Jackson's journey from Manchester to Vancouver is one of adventure and discovery. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Josh ventured from the UK to BC in 2013, and it wasn't long before he was captivated by Vancouver's charm and the Canadian ethos. This love affair culminated in him pursuing his Canadian citizenship—a journey filled with invaluable interactions and learnings.

His eclectic professional experience encompasses roles in project management, carpentry and hospitality, as well as being a licensed REALTOR®. The synthesis of this diverse work experience and his personal immigration story fuelled a passion to assist others in navigating their unique paths in Canada. Thus, MyGreat Recruitment Inc. came into being.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Josh is an active outdoors enthusiast, with British Columbia serving as his playground for hiking, snowboarding, and mountain biking, and has been a player in the Vancouver Metro Soccer League (VMSL) for over a decade.
