    Contingent Search: We only receive payment when a candidate we introduce is hired. Retained Search: Clients pay an upfront fee to ensure dedicated efforts in the search process and receives a discount on total amount owed. Exclusive Search: We are the sole agency working on the position for a specified period which also results in a discount on total amount owed.

    Our TFW recruitment process involves connecting with potential candidates abroad, ensuring they meet the criteria set by the employer. We also manage and document the recruitment process to supply the required documentation for employer LMIA applications, and support both the candidate and the employer throughout the immigration process.
